Interested in a career in Business?
If you’re looking to build a successful career in business, our school leaver programmes could be the perfect catalyst. You could earn while you learn, both on-the-job and whilst studying for a professional qualification. Working at KPMG means visiting clients, helping them meet their business goals, identifying improvements, mitigating risks, and adding real, tangible value to their business.
Our KPMG360° apprenticeship programme gives you the opportunity to work across a range of different areas within our organisation, for example Audit, Tax, Advisory and Technology. KPMG360° offers you depth and breadth of practical experience in work, coupled with study towards a professional qualification. You can choose to step off KPMG360° after three years and remain with the firm, or progress within the business area you like the most, and aim to transition to Assistant Manager grade after six years on the programme.
Meet Ann-Marie – Ann-Marie is realising her career aspirations with us. She joined as a KPMG360° apprentice last year, and is enjoying the flexibility and early responsibility that’s inherent in the programme. Read more about her experiences here.
‘Our Deal’ –We’re at our best when you’re at your best; that’s why we’ve created ‘Our Deal’ and ‘The Academy’. Our Deal is the way we speak about the colleague experience and the expectations we have of our people. We expect the best from our people and in return we provide a stimulating, collaborative environment where each person can reach their extraordinary potential.
Through ‘The Academy’, you’ll have access to communities which will support and develop you so that you build your skills and career. From a highly competitive salary, 25 days’ annual leave and an extra day off on your birthday, to a smartphone and laptop to help deliver work, a daily lunch allowance, preferential banking and more, we’re making sure that our people have an amazing experience.
To learn more about our School and College Leaver Programmes, please see our upcoming events where you can also register for one of our interactive Live Chats and ask questions to our recruitment team, and our trainees and apprentices!
