Swimming and Badminton Club
Any students interested in attending Swimming club on a Monday after school or Badminton club on a Friday after school, should collect a letter from community education with more information.
1C1 Charity Bake Sale
Following on from 1C2’s charity bake sale last week, which raised a lot of money for charity. 1C1 will host a bake sale in the concourse at break time on Friday 18th December. Come along and by some delicious sweet treats and help us raise even more money for the school charity, Teenage Cancer Trust.
Christmas Concert
On Tuesday night the gathered audience witnessed another tremendously successful music department Christmas concert. As usual this high calibre event could not happen without the dedication of the musicians, singers, teachers, and instructors to an exhausting rehearsal schedule at such a busy time of year. Thanks also to the HFTT department (providing much needed refreshments), the St. Mungo’s technical crew and the janitorial staff.
Christmas Candy Canes
In the run up to Christmas the Cockburn house team are organising a secret Santa candy cane event. You can buy one to give to someone for 50p, and for an extra 10p you can write a message to go with it.
To send a candy cane to a deserving person find the house team in the concourse or at the stall in the downstairs reception!
Charity Christmas Jumper Day
Friday the 18th December is Christmas jumper day! Giving you the opportunity to showcase your best Christmas jumpers.Donate £1 during PSP or at the door on the day, all money raised will be donated to charity!
This event is being organised by the Bavelaw house team.
